Instalación y uso

Installation of the Brushless Motor Swing Barrier should be performed by qualified personnel following the site’s electrical and structural requirements. Begin by preparing a level and reinforced floor surface that can support the weight and vibration of the equipment. Ensure that all pre-embedded conduits for power and communication cables (RS485, TCP/IP, Wiegand) are in place according to the wiring diagram.

Position the swing barrier units accurately based on the designed passage width and alignment. Use expansion bolts to securely anchor the units to the floor. Once mounted, connect power lines (CA 100–240V) and low-voltage DC components (24V) to their respective terminals. Interface connections to access control systems, fire alarms, and emergency controls should also be completed at this stage.

After electrical wiring, proceed with configuration. Test the motor operation, sensor alignment, and swing arm motion to ensure smooth opening and closing cycles. Verify the response speed, sensor triggering accuracy, and LED indicator functions. Use the control panel or software interface to set opening logic, direction control, and authentication settings (RFID, biométrico, QR, etcetera.).

Uso

During daily use, the gate remains in standby mode until it receives a valid signal from the connected access system. Once authenticated, the swing arm opens in the programmed direction, allowing a single user to pass. The gate then automatically resets and prepares for the next entry.
